Non-Needle Treatments
There are several non-needle treatment options available. While there is usually only short-term discomfort with acupuncture, we can also provide effective treatments without the use of needles, including acupressure and plant spirit medicine.
Acupressure (No Needles)
Pressure can be applied to acupuncture points rather than using needles during a session. Depending on the person and their conditions, acupressure can be very effective substitutes for acupuncture for young child or those adverse to needles.
Essential Oils:
Essential oils are very concentrated preparations from plants that can be used on acupuncture points. We have found them to be very effective for many conditions. We often use them in conjunction with acupuncture, acupressure, and other therapies.
